Information you provide inside the app - Bundle configurations (titles, descriptions, conditions, discount type and value). - Bundle status (Active, Draft, Archived). ### 3.3. Authentication and session data BUNDLEME stores an encrypted shop session record (shop domain, access token, scope, expiry) required to authenticate API requests. ### 3.4. Retention We retain your bundle configurations and shop session data for as long as BUNDLEME is installed on your Shopify store. When you uninstall, all data associated with your shop is deleted within 48 hours, in accordance with Shopify's app/uninstalled webhook and GDPR data minimization principles. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be retained indefinitely for operational reporting and do not contain personally identifiable information. ## 9. International transfers Joykek operates from Türkiye. Our primary infrastructure provider (Hetzner) operates data centers in Germany and Finland. Your data may be transferred to and processed in these regions. Transfers between Türkiye and the EEA are conducted under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, and within the safeguards provided by KVKK and GDPR. ## 10. Security - All traffic to and from BUNDLEME is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. - Shopify access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. - The database is hosted in a private network, not exposed to the public internet. - Webhook requests from Shopify are verified using HMAC signature validation. - Access to production infrastructure is limited to authorized Joykek personnel via SSH key authentication. - We follow Shopify's app review security checklist. While we take reasonable measures, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Uluslararası veri transferleri Joykek Türkiye'den faaliyet gösterir. Ana altyapı sağlayıcımız Hetzner'in veri merkezleri Almanya ve Finlandiya'dadır. Verileriniz bu bölgelere transfer edilip işlenebilir. Türkiye ile AEA arasındaki transferler, geçerli olduğu yerde Avrupa Komisyonu Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri kapsamında ve KVKK ile GDPR güvencelerine uygun olarak yapılır. ## 10. Al desinstalar, todos los datos de tu tienda se eliminan en 48 horas, conforme al webhook app/uninstalled de Shopify y los principios de minimización de datos GDPR. Estadísticas agregadas y anonimizadas pueden retenerse indefinidamente para informes operativos y no contienen información personalmente identificable. ## 9. Transferencias internacionales Joykek opera desde Türkiye. Nuestro principal proveedor de infraestructura (Hetzner) opera centros de datos en Alemania y Finlandia. Tus datos pueden transferirse y procesarse en estas regiones. Las transferencias entre Türkiye y el EEE se realizan bajo las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión Europea cuando aplica, y dentro de las garantías de KVKK y GDPR. ## 10. Medidas de seguridad - Todo el tráfico de y hacia BUNDLEME se cifra en tránsito con TLS 1.2 o superior. - Los tokens de acceso de Shopify se almacenan cifrados en reposo. - La base de datos está alojada en una red privada, no expuesta al internet público. - Las solicitudes de webhook de Shopify se verifican mediante validación de firma HMAC. - El acceso a la infraestructura de producción se limita al personal autorizado de Joykek mediante autenticación por clave SSH. - Seguimos la lista de verificación de seguridad de revisión de apps de Shopify. Internationale Datenübermittlung Joykek arbeitet aus Türkiye. Unser primärer Infrastrukturanbieter (Hetzner) betreibt Rechenzentren in Deutschland und Finnland. Ihre Daten können in diese Regionen übermittelt und dort verarbeitet werden. Subscription, billing & trial BUNDLEME offers paid subscription plans through Shopify's Billing API. Each paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify. Changes to plans and fees Joykek may modify pricing, features, or introduce new plans at any time. Şartların kabulü Bu Hizmet Şartları, siz ("siz", "satıcı") ile Joykek arasında BUNDLEME Shopify uygulamasının kullanımına ilişkin yasal olarak bağlayıcı bir sözleşme oluşturur. Ayrıca Shopify Hizmet Şartları ve Shopify API Lisansı ile Kullanım Şartları'na da uymakla yükümlüsünüz. ## 2. Hizmet tanımı BUNDLEME, satıcıların Shopify mağazalarında özel ürün paketleri ("Kişiselleştirilebilir Paket" deneyimleri) oluşturmasını sağlayan bir Shopify uygulamasıdır. Temel özellikler: - Paket oluşturma, düzenleme ve yönetme için gömülü yönetici paneli. - Müşterilerin mağaza önyüzünde paket oluşturmak için kullandığı Tema Uygulama Uzantısı widget'ı. - Shopify Cart Transform Function ile yerleşik indirim uygulaması. - Paket başına çoklu indirim tipi (sabit paket fiyatı, yüzde indirim, sabit tutar indirimi). - Yapılandırılabilir paket koşulları (adet aralıkları, kaynak koleksiyonlar). ## 3. Hesabınız ve erişim BUNDLEME'ye mevcut Shopify satıcı hesabınız üzerinden erişirsiniz. Şunlardan sorumlusunuz: - Shopify kimlik bilgilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak. - Hesabınız üzerinden yetkilendirilmiş kullanıcılar tarafından BUNDLEME'de yapılan tüm işlemler. - BUNDLEME kullanımınızın geçerli yasalara uygun olmasını sağlamak. En az 18 yaşında ve kullandığınız Shopify satıcı hesabı adına hareket etmeye yetkili olmalısınız. ## 4. Abonelik, fatura ve deneme BUNDLEME, Shopify'ın Billing API'si üzerinden ücretli abonelik planları sunar. Fiyatlandırma ve özellik detayları Fiyatlandırma sayfasında yayınlanır. Her ücretli plan 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme içerir. Deneme süresince ücretlendirilmezsiniz. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz Shopify aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak ücretlendirir. Abonelikler Shopify üzerinden aylık olarak faturalandırılır. Tüm ücretler standart Shopify faturanızda görünür. Tüm ücretler, yasaların gerektirdiği durumlar dışında iade edilemez. Hatalı ücretlendirildiğinizi düşünüyorsanız 14 gün içinde info@joykek.com adresine yazın. Her planın aylık paket sipariş limiti vardır. Limiti aşarsanız planı yükseltmeniz gerekebilir. ## 5. Plan ve ücret değişiklikleri Joykek fiyatlandırmayı, plan özelliklerini değiştirebilir veya yeni planlar sunabilir. Esaslı değişiklikler en az 30 gün öncesinden Shopify Partner e-postanız veya uygulama içi bildirim ile iletilir. Fiyat değişikliği yürürlüğe girdikten sonra BUNDLEME kullanmaya devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir. ## 6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım BUNDLEME'yi şunlar için kullanmamayı kabul ediyorsunuz: - Herhangi bir yasa, düzenleme veya üçüncü taraf hakkını ihlal etmek. - BUNDLEME, Shopify veya başka sistemlere müdahale etmek. - BUNDLEME'yi tersine mühendislik yapmak (yasanın izin verdiği durumlar hariç). - Shopify'ın Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım Politikası'na göre yasak ürünler satmak. - BUNDLEME'yi yazılı onay olmadan yeniden satmak veya dağıtmak. - Joykek, Shopify veya diğer satıcılara zarar vermek. İhlal tespit edersek erişimi askıya alma hakkımız saklıdır. ## 7. Fikri mülkiyet BUNDLEME - kaynak kodu, tasarım, dokümantasyon, marka adı ve logosu dahil - Joykek'in özel fikri mülküdür. Bu Şartlar, kontrol ettiğiniz Shopify mağazalarında BUNDLEME'yi aktif aboneliğiniz süresince kullanmanız için size münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, geri alınabilir bir lisans verir. BUNDLEME üzerinden oluşturduğunuz paket konfigürasyonları ve içerikler sizin mülkünüzde kalır. Joykek'e bu verileri yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için işleme lisansı verirsiniz - detaylar Gizlilik Politikası'nda. ## 8. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri BUNDLEME, Shopify Inc. tarafından sağlanan hizmetlerle entegre çalışır. Bu hizmetleri kullanmanız ilgili koşullara tabidir. Joykek üçüncü taraf hizmetlerinin kullanılabilirliği, performansı veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir. ## 9. Garanti reddi BUNDLEME "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sağlanır. Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde Joykek, açık veya zımni tüm garantileri - satılabilirlik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve ihlal etmeme dahil - reddeder. Joykek, bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz, Shopify hesabınız askıya alınması veya hizmetin devamı yasal risk yaratacaksa erişimi anında, bildirim olmaksızın askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir. ## 13. Destek Joykek aktif abonelere info@joykek.com üzerinden e-posta desteği sağlar. Yanıt süreleri plan seviyesine göre değişir; Advance ve Plus planları öncelikli destek alır. Destek taleplerine iki iş günü içinde yanıt vermeyi hedefliyoruz. ## 14. Geçerli hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar, zorunlu yerel tüketici koruma yasası aksini gerektirmedikçe, İstanbul'un yetkili mahkemeleri tarafından çözülecektir. AEA veya Birleşik Krallık'taki satıcılar için bu Şartlardaki hiçbir şey yasal tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz. ## 15. Descripción del servicio BUNDLEME es una app de Shopify que permite a los comerciantes crear paquetes personalizados de productos ("Crea Tu Propio Pack") en su tienda Shopify. Capacidades principales: - Panel de administración integrado para crear, editar y gestionar packs. - Widget de Theme App Extension que los clientes usan para crear packs en la tienda. - Aplicación nativa de descuentos vía Cart Transform Function de Shopify. - Múltiples tipos de descuento por pack (precio fijo, porcentaje, importe fijo). - Condiciones de pack configurables (cantidades, colecciones origen). ## 3. Tu cuenta y acceso Accedes a BUNDLEME mediante tu cuenta existente de comerciante Shopify. Eres responsable de: - Mantener la seguridad de tus credenciales de Shopify. - Todas las acciones realizadas en BUNDLEME por usuarios autorizados a través de tu cuenta. - Asegurar que tu uso de BUNDLEME cumple con las leyes aplicables. Debes tener al menos 18 años y estar autorizado para actuar en nombre de la cuenta de comerciante Shopify que uses. ## 4. Suscripción, facturación y prueba BUNDLEME ofrece planes de suscripción de pago a través del Billing API de Shopify. Los detalles de precios y características se publican en la página de Precios. Cada plan de pago incluye una prueba gratuita de 7 días. No se te cobrará durante la prueba. Si no cancelas antes del fin de la prueba, Shopify cobrará tu suscripción automáticamente. Las suscripciones se facturan mensualmente a través de Shopify. Todos los cargos aparecen en tu factura regular de Shopify. Todas las tarifas no son reembolsables, excepto donde lo exija la ley. Si se te cobró por error, contacta info@joykek.com en un plazo de 14 días. Cada plan tiene un límite mensual de pedidos relacionados con packs. Si lo superas, puede que necesites mejorar el plan. ## 5. Cambios en planes y tarifas Joykek puede modificar precios, características de planes o introducir nuevos planes en cualquier momento. Los cambios materiales se comunicarán con al menos 30 días de antelación al email de tu cuenta Shopify Partner o mediante aviso en la app. El uso continuado después de un cambio de precio constituye aceptación. ## 6. Uso aceptable Aceptas no usar BUNDLEME para: - Violar cualquier ley, regulación o derecho de terceros. - Interferir con BUNDLEME, Shopify u otros sistemas. - Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar BUNDLEME (salvo cuando lo permita la ley). - Vender bienes prohibidos por la Política de Uso Aceptable de Shopify. - Revender o redistribuir BUNDLEME sin consentimiento previo por escrito. - Causar daño a Joykek, Shopify u otros comerciantes. Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender el acceso si detectamos una violación. ## 7. Propiedad intelectual BUNDLEME - incluyendo código fuente, diseño, documentación, marca y logo - es propiedad intelectual exclusiva de Joykek. Estos Términos te otorgan una licencia no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar BUNDLEME solo en las tiendas Shopify que controles, durante la duración de tu suscripción activa. Las configuraciones de packs y contenido que crees a través de BUNDLEME siguen siendo de tu propiedad. Otorgas a Joykek una licencia limitada para procesar estos datos únicamente para operar el servicio, como se describe en la Política de Privacidad. ## 8. Servicios de terceros BUNDLEME se integra con servicios proporcionados por Shopify Inc. Tu uso de estos servicios está sujeto a sus respectivos términos. Joykek no es responsable de la disponibilidad, rendimiento o contenido de ningún servicio de terceros. ## 9. Renuncia de garantías BUNDLEME se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Joykek renuncia a todas las garantías, expresas o implícitas, incluidas las garantías implícitas de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un propósito particular y no infracción. Indemnización Aceptas indemnizar y mantener indemne a Joykek de cualquier reclamo, daño y gasto derivado de: - Tu uso de BUNDLEME en violación de estos Términos. - Tu violación de cualquier ley o derecho de terceros. - Disputas entre tú y tus clientes sobre productos, precios o packs. ## 12. Terminación Puedes terminar en cualquier momento desinstalando BUNDLEME de tu tienda Shopify. Tu acceso termina al final del período de facturación actual y tus datos se eliminarán según la Política de Privacidad. Joykek puede suspender o terminar el acceso inmediatamente, sin previo aviso, si infringes estos Términos, tu cuenta Shopify es suspendida o continuar el servicio expondría a Joykek a riesgo legal. ## 13. Soporte Joykek proporciona soporte a suscriptores activos por email en info@joykek.com. Los tiempos de respuesta dependen del nivel del plan; los planes Advance y Plus reciben soporte prioritario. Buscamos responder en un plazo de dos días hábiles. ## 14. Ley aplicable y disputas Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Türkiye. Cualquier disputa se resolverá ante los tribunales competentes de Estambul, Türkiye, a menos que la ley obligatoria de protección al consumidor local requiera lo contrario. Para comerciantes en el Espacio Económico Europeo o el Reino Unido, nada en estos Términos limita tus derechos legales como consumidor. ## 15. Servicebeschreibung BUNDLEME ist eine Shopify-App, die es Händlern ermöglicht, individuelle Produkt-Bundles ("Build Your Own Bundle") in ihrem Shopify-Storefront zu erstellen. Kernfunktionen: - Eingebettetes Admin-Dashboard zum Erstellen, Bearbeiten und Verwalten von Bundles. - Theme App Extension Widget, mit dem Kunden Bundles im Storefront zusammenstellen. - Native Rabattanwendung über Shopifys Cart Transform Function. - Mehrere Rabatttypen pro Bundle (Festpreis, Prozent, fester Betrag). - Konfigurierbare Bundle-Bedingungen (Mengen, Quellkollektionen). ## 3. Ihr Konto und Zugang Sie greifen über Ihr bestehendes Shopify-Händlerkonto auf BUNDLEME zu. Sie sind verantwortlich für: - Die Sicherheit Ihrer Shopify-Zugangsdaten. - Alle Aktionen, die in BUNDLEME von autorisierten Benutzern Ihres Kontos durchgeführt werden. - Sicherstellung, dass Ihre Nutzung von BUNDLEME geltenden Gesetzen entspricht. Sie müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt und berechtigt sein, im Namen des verwendeten Shopify-Händlerkontos zu handeln. ## 4. Abo, Abrechnung & Testphase BUNDLEME bietet kostenpflichtige Abos über Shopifys Billing API. Preise und Funktionsdetails sind auf der Preisseite veröffentlicht. Jeder kostenpflichtige Plan enthält eine 7-tägige kostenlose Testphase. Während der Testphase wird Ihnen nichts berechnet. Wenn Sie nicht vor Ende der Testphase kündigen, belastet Shopify Ihr Abo automatisch. Abos werden monatlich über Shopify abgerechnet. Alle Gebühren erscheinen auf Ihrer regulären Shopify-Rechnung. Alle Gebühren sind nicht erstattungsfähig, außer wo gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Bei fehlerhafter Belastung kontaktieren Sie info@joykek.com innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Jeder Plan hat ein monatliches Limit für Bundle-Bestellungen. Bei Überschreitung müssen Sie ggf. upgraden. ## 5. Änderungen an Plänen und Gebühren Joykek kann Preise, Plan-Funktionen ändern oder neue Pläne einführen. Wesentliche Änderungen werden mindestens 30 Tage im Voraus per E-Mail Ihres Shopify Partner-Kontos oder via In-App-Hinweis mitgeteilt. Fortgesetzte Nutzung nach einer Preisänderung gilt als Annahme. ## 6. Zulässige Nutzung Sie verpflichten sich, BUNDLEME nicht zu nutzen, um: - Gesetze, Vorschriften oder Rechte Dritter zu verletzen. - BUNDLEME, Shopify oder andere Systeme zu stören. - BUNDLEME zu reverse-engineeren, dekompilieren oder disassemblieren (außer gesetzlich erlaubt). - Waren zu verkaufen, die gegen Shopifys Acceptable Use Policy verstoßen. - BUNDLEME ohne schriftliche Zustimmung weiterzuverkaufen oder zu verbreiten. - Joykek, Shopify oder anderen Händlern zu schaden. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, den Zugang bei Verstößen zu sperren. ## 7. Geistiges Eigentum BUNDLEME - einschließlich Quellcode, Design, Dokumentation, Markenname und Logo - ist ausschließliches geistiges Eigentum von Joykek. Diese Bedingungen gewähren Ihnen eine nicht-exklusive, nicht übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz zur Nutzung von BUNDLEME ausschließlich in den von Ihnen kontrollierten Shopify-Shops während der aktiven Abo-Laufzeit. Bundle-Konfigurationen und Inhalte, die Sie über BUNDLEME erstellen, bleiben Ihr Eigentum. Sie gewähren Joykek eine begrenzte Lizenz zur Verarbeitung dieser Daten ausschließlich zum Betrieb des Dienstes - siehe Datenschutzerklärung. ## 8. Dienste Dritter BUNDLEME integriert sich mit Diensten von Shopify Inc. Die Nutzung dieser Dienste unterliegt deren jeweiligen Bedingungen. Joykek ist nicht verantwortlich für Verfügbarkeit, Leistung oder Inhalt von Drittanbieterdiensten. ## 9. Gewährleistungsausschluss BUNDLEME wird "wie besehen" und "wie verfügbar" bereitgestellt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, schließt Joykek alle ausdrücklichen oder stillschweigenden Gewährleistungen aus - einschließlich der Marktgängigkeit, Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck und Nichtverletzung. Wir garantieren nicht, dass BUNDLEME ununterbrochen oder fehlerfrei läuft. Wir garantieren keine bestimmten Ergebnisse - Umsatz, Conversion oder Bestellvolumen. ## 10. Haftungsbeschränkung Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, übersteigt die Gesamthaftung von Joykek nicht die in den zwölf (12) Monaten vor dem Anspruchsfall gezahlten Abo-Gebühren. Joykek haftet nicht für mittelbare, beiläufige, besondere, Folge- oder Strafschäden - einschließlich entgangener Umsätze, Gewinne, Datenverlust oder Geschäftsunterbrechung - auch wenn auf die Möglichkeit hingewiesen wurde. Einige Rechtsordnungen erlauben solche Beschränkungen nicht, sodass sie für Sie eventuell nicht gelten. ## 11. Kündigung Sie können jederzeit durch Deinstallation von BUNDLEME aus Ihrem Shopify-Shop kündigen. Ihr Zugang endet am Ende der aktuellen Abrechnungsperiode und Ihre Daten werden gemäß Datenschutzerklärung gelöscht. Joykek kann den Zugang sofort und ohne Vorankündigung sperren oder beenden, wenn Sie gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen, Ihr Shopify-Konto gesperrt wird oder die fortgesetzte Bereitstellung Joykek rechtlichen Risiken aussetzt. ## 13. Support Joykek bietet aktiven Abonnenten Support per E-Mail an info@joykek.com. Antwortzeiten hängen von Ihrer Plan-Stufe ab; Advance- und Plus-Pläne erhalten Priority-Support. Wir streben eine Antwort innerhalb von zwei Werktagen an. ## 14. Anwendbares Recht & Streitigkeiten Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Türkiye.
