Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Joykek for your use of the BUNDLEME Shopify application. By installing, accessing, or using BUNDLEME, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

BUNDLEME is a Shopify app that enables merchants to create custom product bundles on their Shopify storefront. Core capabilities include embedded admin dashboard, Theme App Extension widget, native discount application via Cart Transform Function, multiple discount types, and configurable bundle conditions.

You access BUNDLEME through your existing Shopify merchant account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify credentials, all actions taken within BUNDLEME by users authorized through your account, and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

BUNDLEME offers paid subscription plans through Shopify's Billing API. Each paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Each plan has a monthly limit on bundle-related orders.

Joykek may modify pricing, features, or introduce new plans at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via your Shopify Partner email or in-app notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to violate any law, interfere with BUNDLEME or Shopify systems, reverse engineer the app, sell prohibited goods, resell BUNDLEME as a standalone product, or use it in any way that could harm Joykek, Shopify, or other merchants.

BUNDLEME, including source code, design, brand, and logo, is the exclusive intellectual property of Joykek. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BUNDLEME on the Shopify stores you control during your active subscription. Bundle configurations you create remain your property.

BUNDLEME integrates with services provided by Shopify Inc. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Joykek is not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of any third-party service.

BUNDLEME is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joykek disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that BUNDLEME will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant any specific revenue, conversion, or order outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joykek's total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. Joykek shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joykek from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of BUNDLEME in violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any dispute between you and your customers regarding products, prices, or bundles you offer.

You may terminate at any time by uninstalling BUNDLEME from your Shopify store. Your data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Joykek may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or if your Shopify account is suspended.

Joykek provides support to active subscribers via email at info@joykek.com. Response times depend on your plan tier. We aim to respond within two business days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise. For merchants in the EEA or UK, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Joykek's failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may revise these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes.
